𖦹 TERMS OF SERVICE

by commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
please read these terms carefully. thank you for considering me for your commission!

𖦹 GENERAL

  • i have the right to refuse any commission for any reason. if i do refuse your request, please respect that.

  • i retain all rights to the artwork. i may post it on my socials or on my portfolios, but if you wish not to share it publicly, please let me know.

  • do not claim my work as your own. please do not trace, edit, resell, or make profit from my work. this includes using any part of the commission for NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI image generators, etc.

  • all commissions will have a watermark. please do not remove it.

  • commissions are for personal / non-commercial use only. this includes gifts, device wallpapers, etc. if reposting or using as a profile picture on social media, you must credit me (@clumpylint).

  • i will be keeping in touch with you throughout the entire process via your preferred contact method. you will receive screenshots of my work in progress. you can also keep track of your commission status here.

  • i will email you the finished piece as a png to prevent compression from messaging apps.

  • completed commissions will be posted on instagram, twitter, and tiktok (nsfw commissions will be posted on an alternate twitter account), unless the client requests that the commission remains private.

  • please be patient! commissions may take about 2 days to 2 months to be completed. it all depends on the complexity of the piece, my health, and just my general schedule as a full time student.

𖦹 PAYMENT & REFUNDS

  • clients have the option to pay 50/50 (50% upfront and 50% when the initial sketch is approved) or full price upfront.

  • my prices are in USD and payment can be made through PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle.

  • once your commission is accepted, i will send a payment request. you have a week to pay the request. if i do not receive payment by the time it is due, i will have to cancel your commission.

  • if you have a hard deadline, there will be a rush order fee.

  • no refunds once i've started on the final artwork. please give me feedback and revisions to make in the earlier stages to prevent any dissatisfaction with my work.

  • if for any reason i am unable to start the commission, you will receive a refund.

𖦹 REVISIONS

  • i will make many necessary revisions in the sketching stages, but only a few revisions in the later stages. do not be afraid to speak up early!

  • major revisions that require redrawing / re-rendering will cost an additional fee depending on how big your request is.

if the client breaks any of the points listed above, they will not receive a refund and their commission will be cancelled.
